Product Description

Copper wire granulator has much complicated processing process. It is made up of a copper wire dual shaft pre-shredder, two conveying machines, a second copper wire crusher, copper separation system, dust collecting system etc.. At first, the pre-shredder will cut the materials into 10-15 mm pieces. Then in the second crusher will crush the materials into 3-5 mm before further separation. The whole material feeding process relies on the conveyors and you can change their conveying speed according to your production. So it will be much more convenient. Dust collection system will be much more environmental protection. One to two people to operate it, benefit is better, space is more province.

Plastic & copper is different in density, So the crusher can stripping the plastic (by high quality blade), then separated by Vibrator & Suction together. So front the copper come out, plastic come out in the other side. Dust will be sent by duct to dust collector.(It can deal with 0.5-20MM scrap cable, single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm best.)
